Applicants must meet the following conditions to be eligible for residence at Regency Woods.

• Be a single person 62 years of age or older.

• Two persons living together as a family whose head of household is 62 years of age or older.

• Annual income may not be more than the area income limit at the time of application.

The amount of rent paid by an eligible resident will be determined by the amount of his or her income.
