Regency Woods is an apartment community designed for residents 62 years of age or older.  There are 40 garden style apartments on our premise which is located in the beautiful, historic town of Newberry, SC.  We are conveniently located to all services including post office, groceries, pharmacies, retail stores, restaurants, banks, churches, physician offices and hospital.

Each apartment unit has a kitchen stove, refrigerator and window blinds. Units are prewired for cable television and telephone jacks in the living room and bedroom.  Water, sewer and trash removal are included in the rent.  We offer an onsite laundry room , outdoor picnic area, and a community room for your convenience and enjoyment.
